Pediatric Care

WORLD-CLASS FAMILY CARE, CLOSE TO HOME.

Specializing in boo-boos, ouchies and earaches since 1954.

Pediatric Care

St. Tammany Parish is synonymous with family, so it’s only natural that St. Tammany Health System has become synonymous with comprehensive pediatric, child and family healthcare.

Our primary care pediatrics clinics – located at 3663 U.S. 190 in Mandeville as well as 1520 Highway 22 West in Madisonville – help take care of the ouchies, boo-boos, earaches and other routine issues that come with being a kid.

Thanks to our partnership with Ochsner Hospital for Children, we also offer pediatric subspecialties in Covington including cardiology, general surgery, gastroenterology, pulmonology, endocrinology, orthopedics and urology.

Our New Family Center, located on our main hospital campus in Covington, provides new moms and dads a safe and comforting environment in which to start a family or to grow their existing one.

Our Pediatric Emergency Department, located inside our hospital ED, is here to provide specialized, around-the-clock emergency care for children – not to mention a little peace of mind for their parents -- for those unexpected medical visits.

And through our trusted partnership with Ochsner Health, our hospital campus has become home to Ochsner Hospital for Children at St. Tammany Health System, helping us make sure no Northshore family has to travel far to get the quality of care they deserve.

Together, Ochsner and St. Tammany Health System’s broad array of pediatric services – which, as outlined below, also includes our Parenting Center, our Bone and Joint Clinic, and pediatric rehabilitation services at our Wellness and Therapy clinic and the Live Oak Children's Center – combine to offer the most comprehensive healthcare system for families along the I-12 corridor.

With continuous investment in facilities, equipment, staff and specialists, our care team is perfectly positioned to deliver on our promise of world-class pediatrics, close to home.

And, shoot, if you’re brave, you just might get a sticker, too.
