We emphasize coping strategies including comfort measures and positions, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques. This hands-on course provides expectant mothers and their partners with evidenced based information to make educated decisions. A positive birth journey is the goal. Whether you want an unmedicated birth, or not, pain management options and common hospital procedures are also discussed. **Please bring 2 pillows for comfort to class.
