Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. This course teaches First aid basics; Preventing illness and injury; Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, how to relieve chocking, and AED use.   This certification DOES NOT teach Pediatric First Aid (which is required by some Daycares), so if you need this certification, please call us at 985-898-4435 or email us at parentingcenter@stph.org to make arrangements to receive the Pediatric First Aid certification in an alternative way.
