Power of Pearls Lung Cancer Awareness Walk

 

 

St. Tammany Health System is partnering with local healthcare providers to bring awareness and education about Lung Cancer Screening opportunities. The lung cancer ribbon is white, and pearls are often used to represent lung nodules, the theme of the walk is to show there is no beauty without hardship, in that spirit, the goal is to bring positive awareness to lung cancer and help people realize no one should travel the cancer journey alone.

Come to Fontainebleau State Park on November 4th for a Lung Cancer Awareness Walk for survivors, family members and friends to walk a mile in honor of those that cannot.
