Join St. Tammany Health System’s Advanced Care Planning Team and learn the steps needed to communicate your wishes about your medical care in case you face a serious illness that leaves you unable to communicate with loved ones. Lift the decision-making burden from your family members through thoughtful care and preparation

Living Will and LaPost — or Louisiana Physician Orders for Scope of Treatment — will be prepared by our team on-site at no charge. The Be Well Bus will be open for tours.
