Forms must be received before your child's registration is complete.
Safe @ Home Student Registration Form (English and Spanish)
Designed to prepare students entering grades 4-6 to be safe when they are home alone. Students learn how
to practice safe habits, how to prevent unsafe situations, and what to do when faced with dangers such as
power failures or weather emergencies. Students also learn a system to help them assess and respond to
injuries and illnesses.
* Class fee is non-refundable.
* This program is designed exclusively for students grades 4-6
* Location of class: St. Tammany Parish Hospital (Mandeville/Covington Room), 1202 S. Tyler Street, Covington, LA 70433
* Course fills quickly.
* Register early.
COST: $25/per student
* Your child will not be permitted to enter class without all form being fully completed and received by The Parenting Center.
