With primary care clinics in Covington, Folsom, Mandeville and Madisonville, our St. Tammany Physicians Network offices are ready to deliver world-class health care close to home – wherever your home happens to be.

Located on Highway 21 just a mile south of our main hospital campus, the Covington office of St. Tammany Physicians Network is home to five board-certified physicians and a nurse practitioner caring for patients ages 16 and older and equipped to address acute and chronic care, as well as annual wellness physicals for work, school or sports.

Meeting the outpatient medical needs of the community, our office accepts most major insurance plans, with physicians or nurses on call 24/7.

We partner with Care Harmony to serve eligible patients who have Humana Managed Medicare or traditional Medicare. They offer chronic care management assistance for patients living with more than one chronic condition - such as arthritis, diabetes, depression or high blood pressure - and provide monthly telephone check-ins to help with your care between doctor's visits.
