Most of us have been there: We promise ourselves that this time, we really will lose that weight -- and then we either fail to live up to that promise or, after losing a few pounds, we eventually watch all that weight slowly pile right back on.
So what’s the secret to making sustainable changes to maintain a healthier weight? Rachel Posner, a clinical dietitian with St. Tammany Health System’s medically designed weight-loss program recently visited The Lake 94.7-FM to share her insights with host Charles Dowdy.
