With the flow of COVID-19 vaccine ramping up, St. Tammany Health System has scheduled one-day pop-up vaccine clinics for its primary care clinics in Madisonville and Mandeville.

The Mandeville pop-up, to be held at the St. Tammany Physicians Network office at 201 St. Ann Drive, will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 6.

The Madisonville pop-up will be held at the St. Tammany Physicians Network office at 1520 Highway 22 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 10.

In both cases, two-dose vaccines will be given, with the first dose administered on the above dates and the second dose scheduled for three weeks later.

Both doses must be scheduled before the first dose will be administered.

The pop-up vaccine clinics serve as complements to the vaccine clinics operating every weekday at the health system’s Express Care clinic on Highway 21 and St. Tammany Parish Hospital, both in Covington.

STHS patients wishing to schedule a vaccine through St. Tammany Health System should use the MyChart app to self-schedule. Those having trouble with the app can call the STHS scheduling line at 985-898-4001 (press 1), although heavy anticipated call volumes could result in an extended wait.
