“Stay home” is the order of the day amid the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, but that’s not always possible – especially when it comes to unforeseen healthcare needs.
So, although the outbreak has sidelined elective procedures, St. Tammany Health System’s Bone and Joint Clinic in Covington has expanded its services for those who find themselves with pressing orthopedic needs, including sprains, broken bones and other issues that might require prompt medical attention.
For such patients, same-day appointments are now available and can be made online through STPH.org, by calling (985)893-9922 or by simply walking in to our office.
The STHS Bone and Joint Clinic is at 71211 Highway 21, less than a mile from the main STHS hospital campus. It is open Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
St. Tammany Health System remains equipped and staffed to address the needs of our community amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
