With St. Patrick’s Day 2023 just a week away, the dietitians at St. Tammany Cancer Center, a campus of Ochsner Medical Center, recently featured a pair of appropriately Irish-inspired recipes as part of their most recent cooking demonstration on March 10.
Those recipes: Irish Potato Pancakes and Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts (because as far as we’re concerned this time of year, Brussels Sprouts are really just tiny cabbages).
They were such a hit, we figured we’d share them with you.
Download the Irish Potato Pancake recipe here and the Glazed Brussels Sprouts recipe here – and happy early St. Patrick’s Day!
As part of its mission to treat the whole patient, St. Tammany Cancer Center, a campus of Ochsner Medical Center, hosts free monthly classes on a variety of topics – from meditation to tai chi to music therapy and more – for diagnosed cancer patients.
