Doyle Named Chief Information Officer
CRAIG DOYLE NAMED VP, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
COVINGTON –St. Tammany Parish Hospital is proud to promote Craig Doyle to vice president and chief information officer for the hospital and its offsite locations.
Doyle has served as director of Information Systems at the hospital since January 2012, where he was responsible for IT tactical operations, strategic planning, resource management, budget and project management. Before that, he served as chief information officer for Hospital Corporation of America’s Delta Division.
Craig has served on the Louisiana Healthcare Quality Forum’s health information technology committee since 2010 and is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems and Society. He also serves on St. Scholastica Academy’s school board as executive committee treasurer and capital campaign operational chairman.
“Craig has been instrumental in making sure St. Tammany Parish Hospital remains on the forefront of healthcare IT,” said STPH President and CEO Patti Ellish. “His leadership will equip our team to seamlessly transition into the new healthcare environment of enterprisewide healthcare IT systems.”
Doyle has a bachelor’s degree of science in business administration majoring in quantitative business analysis from Louisiana State University and a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in healthcare management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
