On Monday (Feb. 21), members of the all-volunteer St. Tammany Hospital Guild presented St. Tammany Health System and St. Tammany Hospital Foundation leadership with their annual donation, this year in the amount of $41,000.
That money, generated by sales at the hospital’s guild-run gift shop, will be used to support STHS’s cardiology and integrative oncology programs, as well as the Be Well Bus and the Neonatal Intensive care unit.
Since its founding, the guild has donated more than $416,000 to St. Tammany Hospital Foundation.
