Something precious this way comes: NICU shows its Halloween spirit

Mike Scott, mscott@stph.org

Why should the big kids have all the fun?

Proving you’re never too little to costume (especially in South Louisiana), St. Tammany Health System’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit recently celebrated Halloween by dressing up its little pumpkins for the holiday.

There was a hungry little caterpillar. There was a sweet-as-can-be cupcake. There was a tub of popcorn, a princess, a superhero and more.

Scroll down for an irresistible sampling of photos, which are definitely more treat than trick, courtesy of the St. Tammany Health System NICU team.

Happy Halloween!
